Our story
It started with a friend's garden wedding.
She wanted invitations that looked like the venue, but printed cards were expensive and slow. So I illustrated hers, sent it on WhatsApp, and every guest replied within the hour.
Today we design invitations for weddings, birthdays, baby showers and christenings across the UK. Every design is still personalised by hand, and every order still starts with a rough draft you approve before paying anything.

Frequently asked
Do you send printed cards?
No. Bee Invitations sells digital files only. Nothing is printed or posted. You receive your files by email and can share or print them however you like.
Can I print the invitations myself?
Yes. Your print-ready PDF works on a good home printer, or you can take it to any local print shop or upload it to an online printing service.
Can I change the wording after ordering?
Yes. Changes are free and unlimited until you approve your draft. After approval, small edits cost £5.
When do I pay?
Only after you approve your rough draft. Placing an order is free. We email your draft within 24 hours, you ask for any changes, and once you're happy we send a secure payment link. Your final files are emailed as soon as payment is received.
What if I don't like the draft?
Tell us what to change and we'll send a new draft. If it's still not right for you, you can simply cancel. You never pay for a draft you didn't approve.
Can you change the illustration or colours?
Colours and fonts can be adjusted for free. For illustrated designs, we can change outfits, hair and skin tones to look like you for an extra £15. Mention it in the notes.
Can the invitation be in another language?
Yes. Write your wording in any language using the Latin alphabet and we'll set it in the design.
